Refund & Exchange Policy

At Zene, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

We offer exchange only in case of a wrong, defective, or damaged item received.
Refunds are not applicable except in special cases (order cancellation before dispatch).
Items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact for exchange requests.
Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order for any issue.
Shipping charges are non-refundable and return courier cost will be borne by the customer (except if the mistake is from our side).
