Delivery time varies between 3–7 working days depending on the city and the courier service.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details. Zene will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email to track your parcel.
Shipping charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout.
We currently offer exchanges only; no cash refunds are available.
Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
In case of a damaged or wrong item received, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with proof (pictures/videos).
The customer will be responsible for return courier charges unless the product delivered was faulty or incorrect.
Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
