Refund & Exchange Policy

At Zene, customer satisfaction is our top priority.

  • We offer exchange only in case of a wrong, defective, or damaged item received.

  • Refunds are not applicable except in special cases (order cancellation before dispatch).

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and with tags intact for exchange requests.

  • Customers must inform us within 48 hours of receiving the order for any issue.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable and return courier cost will be borne by the customer (except if the mistake is from our side).
