Shipping Policy

  • We process all orders within 2–3 working days after confirmation.

  • Delivery time varies between 3–7 working days depending on the city and the courier service.

  • Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address and contact details. Zene will not be liable for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect information.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking ID via SMS/Email to track your parcel.

  • Shipping charges (if applicable) will be mentioned at checkout.

Return & Exchange Policy

  • We currently offer exchanges only; no cash refunds are available.

  • Products can be exchanged within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.

  • In case of a damaged or wrong item received, please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with proof (pictures/videos).

  • The customer will be responsible for return courier charges unless the product delivered was faulty or incorrect.

  • Sale/discounted items are not eligible for return or exchange.
